The Fit Cartel Shipping Policy
Shipping Locations
The Fit Cartel currently delivers within South Africa only.
We use Bob Go as our shipping and logistics partner. Bob Go connects our orders with suitable local courier services based on the delivery address, service availability and shipping requirements. This means your parcel may be delivered by a courier such as The Courier Guy, Fastway, PUDO, or another courier available through the Bob Go network.
The courier assigned to your order may therefore vary.
Shipping Timeframe
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days before being handed over for delivery.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
* Major metropolitan areas: approximately 1–3 business days
* Outlying or regional areas: approximately 3–5 business days
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and do not include our processing time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the available delivery options.
The applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed before you complete payment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched and assigned for delivery through Bob Go, you will automatically receive a tracking number or tracking link by email and/or SMS, using the contact details supplied with your order.
Tracking is managed through Bob Go’s tracking system, so you do not need to determine which courier website to use.
Delivery Issues & Address Errors
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details when placing an order.
If delivery cannot be completed because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, or because nobody is available to receive the parcel after reasonable delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-delivery or return-to-sender charges.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
Please Note
* Delivery dates and times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
* Deliveries may be affected by public holidays, severe weather, operational disruptions, load shedding or courier network delays.
* Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, circumstances affecting transportation and delivery may be outside The Fit Cartel’s direct control.
* If your tracking shows an unusual delay, loss or delivery issue, please contact us so that we can assist with raising the matter with Bob Go or the assigned courier.
* We currently deliver within South Africa only.
* Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
* Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.
